Farm-Level Records
Each lot is linked to a named estate with GPS coordinates, cultivar records, altitude data and harvest date — all available in the shipment dossier.
Independent Lab Testing
Third-party labs run a 200+ pesticide residue panel and heavy-metal screen on every export batch. COA issued per lot and included with shipping documents.
Batch Code & COA
A unique harvest batch code is printed on every export carton. Scan the code to pull the matching farm record, lab report, and organic certificate in seconds.

NH Tea holds and provides the following documents with every B2B export order.
Organic Certification
EU / USDA / China GB organic standards. Certificates issued per estate and renewed annually.
Pesticide Residue Report
200+ residue panel by accredited third-party lab. Issued per harvest batch, shared on request.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Government-issued phytosanitary cert for ASEAN customs clearance included with every export shipment.
Food Safety / Halal
Halal and food-safety declarations available for Southeast Asian markets on request.
Export Wholesale QC Flow

Pre-Harvest Sampling
Farm team collects representative samples from each estate block two weeks before harvest. Initial sensory and moisture screening performed on-site.

Third-Party Lab Panel
Samples sent to an accredited external laboratory for pesticide residues (200+ compounds), heavy metals, and microbiological count. Results returned within 7 business days.

Batch Grading & Packaging
Approved lots are graded, vacuum-sealed, and assigned a unique harvest batch code. Export cartons are labelled with batch, estate, harvest date, and net weight.

Customs Documentation
Full export dossier prepared: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, organic certificate, and COA — all in English.

Shipment & Post-Delivery Support
Sea freight dispatched to Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, Jakarta, or Singapore. Post-delivery QC support and replacement guarantee for any non-conforming lot.
